Innate Concepts is a rapidly growing real estate development, holding, and management company based in Nebraska. With over a decade of property management experience, Innate Concepts is dedicated to creating high-quality, community-focused living spaces that address housing shortages and promote economic growth. Founded by Scott Rief, the company broke ground on its first multi-family development, Talon Apartments, in 2016. Since then, its portfolio has expanded to include notable projects such as Prairie Heights, Legacy Bend, Element 30, Legacy 34, Prairie District, and Elm 26 across Nebraska.
